We just arrived back in Canada from Puerto Morelos after spending 30 days there. We definitely enjoyed our time spent there and our accommodation was made easy and painless by going through JJ Property Management Services in Puerto Morelos. We just went to her website, looked for availability and chose what appealed to us and the dates we wanted. Communication was very easy, Jodi was very quick to respond to any concerns or questions we had. We stayed in a condo in Selva Escondida, it is a gated community with security 24/7, has a beautiful pool area with bbq pits and many other extras. We had a couple glitches in our condo (washing machine leaked, water dispenser issue & oven issue) we sent a message to Jodi, response was immediate and issues were dealt with quickly. There is an information binder on the table that goes through things regarding the condo along with recommendations to help make your stay easier. We were greeted at the condo by a very pleasant assistant who went through several things with us just to get us familiar with anything that might be new to us. Our condo was very clean, had lots of supplies to enable us to cook meals, laundry supplies, folding chairs to take to the pool, bags to take grocery shopping, lots of little things to make life easier…giving you the feeling of home away from home. All in all our experience was very good and we would highly recommend JJ Management Services to help make your stay easy & comfortable.
JJ Property Management (Jodi) was amazing to deal with. The unit was perfect, immaculately kept and had everything you could possibly need from all cook wear and blender to thermal travel cups. Beach towels and chairs as well. Jodi has thought of everything and if you need anything at all she was always super responsive via what's app.
The property was extremely well maintained. Pool was never crazy busy, we were always able to find a lounger.

I first reached out to Jodi in September for our Christmas Break vacation which was also our first vacation to Mexico. I had picked out several properties, and she helped us figure out which one would best meet our needs. She was always quick to reply either via email or WhatsApp. She communicated with us throughout our stay and made sure all of needs were met. She even made local recommendations for tours, etc. Booking through JJ Property Management Services gave me such peace of mind and really made us feel like we had a friend in Mexico. Just returned from our trip to Puerto Morelos and we can’t wait to return! Our stay in unit 203 was perfect and it felt like a home away from home with modern finishes and decor, and all the amenities covered - even beach chairs, wagon, cooler, umbrella for a day at the beach! Booking, check-in and check-out were all easy and responses from the property mgmt team were always immediate. We met some owners in the building who were all so friendly!
We loved exploring the town (less than a 5 minute walk) where you can find everything you need - amazing restaurants, grocery stores, coffee and ice cream shops and best of all, the amazing beach and beach clubs. We felt safe the entire time, day and night.
We also took a tour to a nearby Cenote which was a highlight! So much to see and do in Puerto Morelos.

We would like to take a moment to thank Jodi and her crew at JJ Properties for all they did for us. From the beginning, when we didn’t know anything and we were sending cash to Mexico to pay for our condo, I remember calling her because she was recommended to us. She didn’t have to but she made us feel comfortable making our decision to buy our house. Fast forward, after the first experience with her, we decided she was gonna be the one who finished out our condo. We were not disappointed. Jodi and her team are exceptional at what they do. The communication, the attention to detail, and anticipating our style and wants was amazing. My wife and her talked out all the details until it was done. Our condo exceeds our expectations. From the moment Jodi greeted us at our holiday rental in Puerto Morelos, we felt like we had known her forever. Jodi made us feel like family. The unit Jodi is managing was very well kept. There were so many details to help our one month vacation; where to order our bottled water, she showed us how to work the air conditioning, the fans, there was a white binder on the counter with many details of pointers including where the grocery store is, local taxi drivers that are recommended! Jodi even took the time to show us where to catch the local Collectivo from our unit. Jodi dropped us off at the local grocery store and, along the way, pointed out the best places to eat and also where to get fresh fruits and vegetables. We were always able to reach out to Jodi with our questions even long before we arrived in PM and a few times while here in PM via Whatsapp. Jodi is a very attentive property manager, and it shows in the way the unit is kept orderly and clean. We would 100% recommend Jodi and the management company for future rentals ! We had friends ask for her number while we stayed at our unit as they wanted to have their family stay in the same unit! Thank you Jodi for making our first time visit to Puerto Morelos Mexico very memorable.
Wow, what a fantastic place to unwind and leave the stresses of home behind! First time renting from JJ Properties and I know it won’t be our last. “We had the absolute pleasure of working with Jodi on our condo in Puerto Morelos. We had an initial meeting there, and discussed our potential plans. I knew that personally I would find it difficult to remodel our unit myself for a few reasons; language is a barrier as well as not knowing any trades in the area. I also prefer a color scheme that is not popular in Mexico. Jodi understood exactly the look I was going for. She also had the trades people that could custom build the furniture and kitchen island to my exact liking. She presented us with her design plan and we knew immediately that she “got us”. My husband and I returned to Canada with confidence that she would take care of everything. We trusted her completely. Over the summer months she would send us pictures of the progress she was making. We couldn’t wait to see it for ourselves. On arrival back to Puerto Morelos, she met us at the condo and introduced us to our amazing new home! We were both so thrilled with the results. It was the home reveal of the decade!!

Jodi has been a dream of a property manager. We met her while visiting our condo- we had some issues and she came to our rescue. She showed up with a crew of guys and stayed and visited for several hours while repairs were made- this was BEFORE she was our property manager! She has completely remodeled our condo and made such great updates that everyone who stays has nothing but positive things to say! We have no doubts about how things are going down in Mexico when we are away and know that literally every detail will be attended to. She has made owning the condo a breeze- we don’t have any headaches or worries while we are away!!!

Jodi made my life so much easier when looking for a place to stay in Puerto Morelos. I had been researching for quite a while and opted out of two previous arrangments that just wasn't right before stumbling across Jodi and her team from other previously satified tenants. The condo we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, well decorated and imaculately clean. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. There was a couple of issues regarding a leaky sink and a disfunctional aircon that arose. That said Jodi had contactors around immediately to fix the problems. Overall I was extremely happy with her services and would definetly look to book with her again in the future.
Talk about PEACE OF MIND! You don't need to worry when Jodi's got your back. She makes your vacation home worry free and that's invaluable. You can trust that she'll keep her word, take care of EVERYTHING, and even go above and beyond. If you are purchasing a home in Mexico for the first time you will have a million questions and will not know where to start. My wife and I purchased an unfinished condo in Puerto Morelos last year and I was lost. Being in the states, I knew I needed a reliable company that I could trust to get the job done. After reaching out in an expat Facebook page for help we were surprised to see that one name came up over and over, Jodi Jensen. After meeting with Jodi, we quickly realized that we had found our property manager and general contractor all in one. Jodi is the most detailed oriented person you will ever meet. She has a vast amount of experience in all phases of the construction process in Mexico from installing hard wood cabinets, air conditioning, appliances and home furnishings. From start to finish, her team is the best. You can find cheaper options in Mexico but if you are not on site, we felt we needed the best person in charge to make sure we got the best product. We did have some small issues come up but Jodi fixed them all quickly! Jodi, we could not have done this without you, our condo is beautiful, we are so happy with the finished product. You are the best!
JJ Property Management has been a Godsend for us. We have had numerous issues with our house, and the manager has been on top of every single one.
Jodi at JJ Property Management is the type of person who you know will get the job done. She has been very reliable, helpful and quick to answer any questions that come up. It's stressful to have a property and wonder what is happening with it and even more stressful if you have to also worry about the property manager doing their job and looking out for you. Jodi takes away all of these concerns and makes it so you don't have to worry about anything. And if a problem does come up, she's on top of it and great at communicating back with the property owner. I highly recommend her!

I just want to give a shout out to my property manager Jodi Jensen. Today Selva contacted me with a confusing message that my a/c was leaking into the condo below me. Building 16. I own building 18. So, I called Jodi and she quickly sent someone over there to make sure my condo didn't have any water leaking. I can tell you right now, if you aren't living in your condo full time, this is exactly why you want and need a property manager down there. This type of message is so stressful and you instantly imagine the worst. But if you have someone on call to put at ease, that's worth every penny. Jodi Jensen - Thank you!

My husband and I recently retired and are spending our first winter away as snowbirds. We were fortunate enough to be in touch with Jodi to locate a property to rent for the six months we were planning on staying. We are definitely satisfied with the unit we are in. It is beautifully decorated and has everything we could need. The cupboards are stocked with all you need, from good quality appliances, dishes, pots & pans, as well as a coffee pot, toaster and blender. As well, all the furniture, including the beds, are of great quality and are very comfortable. If we have any questions or requests, Jodi is very efficient at getting back to us right away. After hearing stories from many other renters in this complex about how inadequate their units are and how many issues they have come across, we are very thankful to be staying in a unit like we have and not have any issues at all. Based on that, we are always bragging about our unit and offering up Jodi and JJ Management as the go-to contact for anyone.
