Rental Management

The fee for rental management is 20% of the total for a guest stay. This includes:

-Full rental management services including advertising on my website and Facebook pages as well as Air BnB or VRBO (if requested and unit is fully licensed); answering emails, text messages, what’s app, phone calls, etc.

-Qualifying tenants for a rental stay

-Creating and enforcing lease agreements for longer term tenants

-Greeting guests and providing concierge services as needed

-Arranging housekeeping services (pre & post stay or during stay if requested)

-Home inspection after guests check out

-On call 24/7 for guests’ issues

We arrived last Friday to a wonderful welcome at our winter rental, in PM, with JJ Properties. What a joy it was to arrive to an amazing condo, lovingly decorated and professionally managed by Jodi and her team. From the moment Jodi greeted us at our holiday rental in Puerto Morelos, we felt like we had known her forever. Jodi made us feel like family. The unit Jodi is managing was very well kept. There were so many details to help our one month vacation; where to order our bottled water, she showed us how to work the air conditioning, the fans, there was a white binder on the counter with many details of pointers including where the grocery store is, local taxi drivers that are recommended! Jodi even took the time to show us where to catch the local Collectivo from our unit. Jodi dropped us off at the local grocery store and, along the way, pointed out the best places to eat and also where to get fresh fruits and vegetables. We were always able to reach out to Jodi with our questions even long before we arrived in PM and a few times while here in PM via Whatsapp. Jodi is a very attentive property manager, and it shows in the way the unit is kept orderly and clean. We would 100% recommend Jodi and the management company for future rentals ! We had friends ask for her number while we stayed at our unit as they wanted to have their family stay in the same unit! Thank you Jodi for making our first time visit to Puerto Morelos Mexico very memorable.

Jodi has made my stay here in Puerto Morelos very comfortable and stress free. She is very responsive and gets things taken care of in a timely manner. Wow, what a fantastic place to unwind and leave the stresses of home behind! First time renting from JJ Properties and I know it won’t be our last. Jodi Jensen does a wonderful job welcoming, settling you in and taking care of your requests and questions about the area. Our unit was spotless and equipped with everything you might need. Jodi made my life so much easier when looking for a place to stay in Puerto Morelos. I had been researching for quite a while and opted out of two previous arrangments that just wasn't right before stumbling across Jodi and her team from other previously satified tenants. The condo we stayed in was absolutely gorgeous, well decorated and imaculately clean. The beds were super comfy and we had everything we needed for our 3 month stay. There was a couple of issues regarding a leaky sink and a disfunctional aircon that arose. That said Jodi had contactors around immediately to fix the problems. Overall I was extremely happy with her services and would definetly look to book with her again in the future.

I am also working with Jodi, on a different level, from the renters point of view! She has been super patient and helpful to me also!! I look forward to meeting her in person and I recommend her to anyone needing a vacation rental in PM!

Rented a unit from JJ Property Managment services. They were attentive and prompt with any of our requests. Apartment was nicely furnished and outfitted. She answered any questions we had. We needed better internet and she had it taken care of next day. We will be return renters.

Jodi was heaven sent. From the initial contact made she made sure my son and I were well taken care of. She went above and beyond answering all of my questions and providing every resource I asked for, including transport services, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Definitely had a great time! We will definitely be back!!
